*Housing Associations as members avail of both general and rent management services. Members may decide to avail of the association management service. If so, Voluntary Housing Support Services reports to the housing association which stays in place to oversee and monitor activities. The voluntary housing association board of directors retains full powers for approval of tenancies, maintenance, expenditure, reserves and future development at all times.
